I subscribed to your newsletter but am not receiving any emails. What should I do?

If you subscribed to our newsletter but haven't received any emails, please check your spam folder or refresh your inbox and wait a couple of minutes. Additionally, ensure that [email protected] is added as a contact in your email provider.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

At any time, you may withdraw your consent by unsubscribing.

To unsubscribe, click the Unsubscribe link in the footer of one of our promotional emails - it is located at the very bottom of the email. On the Unsubscribe page that appears after clicking the link, confirm by clicking the Confirm button.

Please note that you may still continue to receive order-related messages in order to keep your purchases running smoothly. Additionally, the Unsubscribe link is not added to the footer of transactional emails, such as Order and Shipping Confirmation.

How do I unsubscribe from SMS text messages?

Once we have sent you a text message, reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS marketing (for US and Canadian customers.)
