Below, you'll find answers to common questions about our price match process.
What is your Price Match Guarantee process?
If you find a lower price on an identical product from a registered Canadian retailer who ships from and within Canada, we’ll match that price.* Please note that the product must have the same unit of measure, dimensions, colour, variant, and model to qualify. Here’s how to request a price match:
- In-Store Orders: When you visit our retail store, bring proof of the competitor's lower price, such as a promotional flyer or a product page link. Our team will then confirm the details are accurate and current, and if approved, we'll honour the lower price at the time of purchase.*
- Online Orders: Contact us with the subject line "Price match inquiry". Please include the below details in your email:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- The product you want to price match (include the link)
- The competitor's price and product page link
- A screenshot or other documentation of the lower price
How soon will I hear back from your team?
Our team will review your request and aim to respond within 1 to 2 business days.
I've already placed my order. Can you still match the price?
We cannot price match once you have already placed your order. We must receive and approve your price match inquiry before you place your order.
Can the Price Match Guarantee be combined with other promotions or offers?
No, the Price Match Guarantee cannot be combined with other promotions, sales, discounts, or offers. Only one offer can be applied at a time.
*Please note that our team reserves the right to reject price match inquiries at their discretion. Items that are on sale at other retailers may not always be eligible for price matching. Shipping fees are excluded from our Price Match Guarantee.
