Returns & Exchanges
Unopened, unused products in original packaging: Eligible for a full refund within 60 days of purchase, provided they are returned in good condition.
Defective or incorrect items: Please provide an image, and these items qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Opened or used products: Not eligible for return.
Non-returnable items: Face masks, perishable items, personal care products, cosmetics, clearance items, mattresses, and some sale items.
Sanitary Return Policy
We cannot accept returns of any opened or used products that cannot be properly sanitized. This includes items with cloth, foam, mesh, or other porous materials. If you are unsure about your product’s eligibility, please contact us for more information.
Return Process
Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact us with your order number, product description, and reason for return.
Return Approval: We’ll confirm if your return is eligible and provide return instructions. We may require a photo to determine eligibility.
Return Label: Once approved, we will send you a return mailing label via email from Canada Post. You can then print the return label and stick it back onto the parcel before dropping it off at the post office.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are typically processed within 4 weeks of shipping the return. This includes time for transit (5-10 business days), processing (3-5 business days), and bank processing (5-10 business days).
US Returns
At this time, we are unable to accept returns from US locations. Please ensure your order is final before purchasing if you are located in the United States.
