Important Shipping Notice Service Update: Canada Post Strike: Update as of September 26, 2025

Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we are temporarily unable to ship orders to PO Boxes. To avoid delays, please provide a physical street address at checkout. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. During this period, we will be using alternative carriers for deliveries.

What You Need to Do if You Live in an Area Served Only by Canada Post:

Update Your Address – If you usually ship to a PO Box, please remove it and replace it with a physical street address (e.g., your home, workplace, or a trusted friend/family member’s address).

Please Note:

  • Orders shipped to street addresses are not affected, as alternative carriers will be used.

  • If a PO Box is your only option, or if you live in an area exclusively served by Canada Post (e.g., Airstage locations), unfortunately, we cannot fulfill these orders at this time. We will reach out to you so that you may choose to cancel and refund your order.

  • Due to the short notice of the strike, we cannot guarantee any Canada Post delivery timelines shipped before the strike and cannot issue refunds for orders already in the Canada Post network. These orders will be delivered once strike action ends.

  • Delivery times vary based on location and stock availability, with a processing time of 1-3 business days before shipping. Most Canadian orders ship within 1-10 business days. These estimates may vary during Canadian holidays and high-volume periods.

  • Stay updated with order status through email notifications and online package tracking.

  • We ship within Canada and to the US.

United States: 

On July 30, an Executive Order was issued by the White House regarding the elimination of the de minimis, effective August 29, 2025. This was a big change, as the de minimis exemption has been in place since 1938. When implemented (presumably August 29, 2025) the order outlines that the low value goods exemption to duties to the US (under $800 US) will be removed from all countries. This would mean the value of the items will be subject to duties. So far there has been little instruction on how to collect and remit these duties.

Until the effects of the removal of de minimis by are fully understood by ourselves, postal authorities, customs and others, we are suspending all orders and shipments to the US.  We expect to have clarification in the months to come.

We are very sad to take this step as we have served our valued US customers for many years. Once we have a better understanding of the mechanisms of collecting and paying tariffs and have built this information into our systems, we expect to resume servicing our valued US customers.


Additional Shipping & Delivery Information

Order Address Errors: 

Please verify your shipping address during checkout. If the address is incorrect, the order will be returned to sender. You will be responsible for additional fees to correct the address and reship the order. 

In-Store Pickup: 

Skip shipping fees by selecting the "Pick up" option at checkout. You'll be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Bring your order confirmation email and valid ID for collection.

Safe Drop Shipments: 

We do not offer safe drop shipments. All orders must be received by someone at the delivery location.
