Update: Canada Post Strike
Canada Post operations are currently impacted by a strike, which may cause shipping delays. Here’s what you need to know:
Affected Areas: Delays primarily affect shipments to P.O. boxes and remote postal codes. For non-affected locations, we are using alternative couriers such as UPS to ensure timely delivery.
Existing Shipments: If your package has already shipped via Canada Post, it will be delayed until the strike ends. Once operations resume, your order will be shipped promptly. If you have a tracking number, please contact us, and we can flag your shipment to our Canada Post representative for follow-up.

Additional Shipping & Delivery Information
Order Address Errors:
Please verify your shipping address during checkout. If the address is incorrect, the order will be returned to sender. You will be responsible for additional fees to correct the address and reship the order.
In-Store Pickup:
Skip shipping fees by selecting the "Pick up" option at checkout. You'll be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Bring your order confirmation email and valid ID for collection.
Safe Drop Shipments:
We do not offer safe drop shipments. All orders must be received by someone at the delivery location.
