Products eligible for subscriptions are marked on the product page with “Subscribe & Save” or “One-time purchase” options. Enjoy savings such as 5% off when you choose automatic deliveries every month or based on the schedule that works best for you.

How do subscriptions work?

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the schedule you choose (e.g., every 1 month). Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of the selected duration. If you prefer not to auto-renew, you can cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

How can I cancel or modify my subscription?

We understand flexibility is key. That's why we've made it super easy for you to view and make changes to your subscriptions through our login-free portal. Just save your subscription order confirmation email, and follow the link inside anytime to manage or cancel your subscriptions.

Can I skip my next order instead of cancelling?

Yes, you can skip your next scheduled order without cancelling your subscription. Manage your subscription through the link provided in your subscription order confirmation email and select the option to skip the upcoming delivery.

Can I return subscription items?

Subscription items are subject to our standard returns policy. For details on returns and refunds, please refer to our Returns Policy.

What is a pre-order?

For pre-orders, you are purchasing an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product. Depending on the product, you may be charged in full or be required to make a partial deposit. Once the item is available, we’ll fulfill the order and charge the full or remaining payment.

If your pre-order has not been fulfilled, you may cancel it at any time. Once fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may request a refund.

How does Try Before You Buy work?

With the Try Before You Buy option, we authorize your payment method at the time of the order, but you won’t be charged immediately. You'll have a set period to decide whether to keep the item. If you keep the item, we’ll charge your payment method at the end of the trial period. If not, simply return the item before the trial period ends to avoid being charged.
